We always look forward to our visit from Maddy Barnes. Her training sessions are highly inspirational, lively, and often peppered with humorous true stories relating to the subject. Due to her huge amount of knowledge and experience her ideas are practical and effective and always adaptable to any schools’ curriculum. She has spent valuable time with each year group team coaching them in their planning and assessment for Writing. As a school she has helped us to raise standards among our students. Her willingness to share resources means she always leaves you ready and raring to try out new ideas and approaches with all the appropriate materials at your finger-tips. I would wholeheartedly recommend organizing a visit from Maddy as soon as you can!
